Posted on Feb 27th, 2013

The brothers of Nebraska Beta take home first place this evening in UNO Intramural Sports men's basketball. The team competed in 7 total games this session and ended their session at an undefeated 7-0-0.

SigEp went into the playoffs participating in three sports with four teams:

  • SigEp A (men's basketball)
  • SigEp B (men's basketball)
  • SigEp (men's soccer)
  • SigEp (men's volleyball)

The chapter played a total of 18 games prior to the playoffs which set their record at 14-4-0. Despite their effort to lock in victories in both Soccer and Volleyball, the chapter enjoyed their final game of the session which secured their lead amongst other participating UNO Greek Fraternities. Out of the entire session, SigEp played all of the other three IFC chapters and won with all four teams with the exception of one loss in SigEp B basketball.

SigEp continues their endeavor to build themselves into balanced men and to become leaders in the world's communities.
